All payments made to Moonstar Global School for admissions, courses, or services are subject to this Cancellation & Refund Policy. By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation by User

If you wish to cancel an admission or service enrollment, please notify us via email at support@moonstarglobalschool.com or by phone at 7070 2828 20.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of payment may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.
• Cancellations made after 7 days of payment are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation by School

Moonstar Global School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any admission, course, or program under certain circumstances, including insufficient enrollment, emergencies, or unforeseen events. In such cases:

• Students will be notified in advance.
• Full refunds will be provided for payments made for cancelled programs.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees may be non-refundable under all circumstances. These may include:

• Application or registration fees
• Examination or assessment fees
• Material or kit fees once dispatched

5. Refund Process

All refund requests must be made in writing. Once approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
• Processing time is typically 7–10 business days from approval.
• Bank or card charges may be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
